How it works
Upload an MP3, WAV, FLAC or AIFF file. The tool separates one energetic section and plays you the instrumental and the vocal so you can judge the result. If you like it, process the whole song; the files appear in your dashboard when they are ready.

Is the vocal remover free?
Yes. Upload a song and hear a 21-second preview of the instrumental and the isolated vocal without signing up. An account is needed to process the full song and download the files, so they can be kept in your dashboard.
How does it remove vocals from a song?
An AI model (Demucs, an open-source hybrid transformer for music source separation) listens to the mix and separates the voice from the instruments. You get the instrumental without the vocal, and the vocal on its own, as separate WAV files.
Can I make a karaoke track from any song?
You can separate any song you upload. How clean the result is depends on the recording: dense mixes with heavy effects on the voice keep more traces than a clean studio vocal. The preview lets you judge before you process the whole song.
Does it also give me the acapella?
Yes. Vocal removal produces both files: the instrumental with the voice taken out, and the isolated vocal (acapella). If you also want drums, bass and the other instruments as separate files, choose 4 stems.
Which formats can I upload and what do I get back?
MP3, WAV, FLAC and AIFF up to 100 MB. Each result is a stereo WAV at 44.1 kHz, the same length as your song, playable in your dashboard and downloadable individually.
Can I use the instrumental or the vocal commercially?
Removing the vocal does not change who owns the recording. Use the results only for music you own, have permission to use, or that is licensed for your purpose. Karaoke practice and study are the usual uses.
